UrnsEtc accepts money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of money orders and cashiers checks.

For personal checks, please allow 15 business days for clearance of funds before the order is processed.

UrnsEtc will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks.

If any urn order is canceled or returned you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual forwarding and return shipping charges.

UrnsEtc will not accept for return any product that appears to be used, soiled, or in other than original shipping condition.

Special Order products such as engraved merchandise is not returnable to UrnsEtc.

UrnsEtc stands and limits itself to all manufacturers' product warrantees for damaged or broken merchandise.

In the event of broken or damaged merchandise during shipment, UrnsEtc will replace the product and shipping costs to the customer.

UrnsEtc lists dimensions of all urns sold. Customers that own a niche need to be certain that the urn will fit in the niche.
